Our Return & Exchange Policy
82B Trading shall at our best efforts ensure that orders are appropriately fulfilled. Should there be any discrepancy, please notify us either by e-mail at 82btrading@gmail.com or contact us at +65 87848334 with your order number by the next working day. We will inform you on the next steps of action. Your refund will be processed as per the source of payment. Returns/Refunds can be arranged under the following circumstances: • For any additional item which was not ordered but was included and delivered to the Customer, 82B Trading shall have the item collected from the Customer. • For any shortage of item which have been confirmed and paid for but was not delivered, 82B Trading shall refund the Customer the value of the Product as originally charged to the Customer. • In cases where a customer is charged on an extra charges, 82B Trading shall refund the difference of amount to the Customer accordingly. • All refunds will be made via PAYNOW on which the original purchase was made within 5 working days. • All replacements of Products shall be effected in the shortest time possible

82B Trading shall ensure reasonable commitment to deliver product items of satisfactory quality to the delivery address (specified by Customer on the order form) within the time frame selected by the Customer but 82B Trading shall not be liable for any delays in its delivery services, if the delay is due to reasons beyond 82B Trading control.
